BHB, MBChB Fracs

Dr Misch Neill has an established private practice in the Auckland region, consulting and operating at the Ascot site in Greenlane and the North Harbour site at Glenfield. He also consults in Lincoln road, Henderson. Appreciating the travel times for patients in the Rodney and lower Northland regions, he is now expanding his practice to Warkworth to consult and undertake day-stay surgical procedures at the Rodney Surgical Centre. Misch trained originally in New Zealand before completing Fellowships in Urological Oncology Surgery at Toronto General Hospital, Canada and Advanced Urological Laparoscopy at The Royal Surrey Hospital, Guildford, UK. He subsequently completed further training in Robotic Urological Surgery at MD Anderson Hospital, Houston and Stanford Hospital, San Francisco Bay Cities, USA. He also has a particular interest in, and extensive training with, laser based surgery. Misch has been practicing as a Urological Consultant in public hospitals in the Auckland region since 2008. He has helped to set up and develop the pilot public robotic service at North Shore Hospital, undertaking the first robotic prostatectomy in the public health system in New Zealand. He has facilitated training for the provision of public health based robotics to the Northland region. Misch enjoys sport and has travelled widely. Although work is busy, he is always happy to hear a good cricket, rugby or travel story.
