Zaneta is an accomplished executive leader, having held leadership roles in private, not-for-profit and public sector organizations prior to joining Rodney Surgical Centre. She is responsible for the strategic direction, people leadership, financial and contracts management, governance, compliance, business transformation and overall business financial sustainability.
She has received awards and public recognition for her transformational leadership style and is a distinguished alumna of Massey University’s MBA program, where she continues to inspire new students that embark on their journey through the program.
Zaneta`s work (“Tomorrow`s Power Today” – Harvard Business Review) has been shared widely by respected leaders who recognize the need to lead by example and work in partnership with their staff driving cultural change for best employee engagement results. Being proactive at creating and communicating a clear vision, Zaneta achieves meaningful results whilst supporting and encouraging growth and development in her teams.
Her passion for delivery of high-quality health services and exceptional patient experiences is evident in the high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in all the companies she lead to date resulting from developing and implementing various systems and change management programs to continuously improve work processes.
Building, developing and maintaining executive level stakeholder relationships with providers and suppliers is the key to her partnership work for the best patient outcomes and she continuously extends her network of key industry partners.
